School Facilitator role

First Give helps young people give their time and talent to improve their community through a fully-resourced and interactive programme. We are operating in 140 Secondary Schools in the Greater London, Bedfordshire and Essex areas for the 2017/18 academic year.

The programme runs across an entire year group. Students identify social issues within their local community and the charities working to address them. Then, each class will choose one charity to support throughout the programme. Students plan how they will support the charity directly through social action, and teams develop inspiring presentations about the charity and how they have helped. The winning class wins a grant of £1,000 for their chosen charity.

First Give is looking for a number of inspirational people to deliver our First Give Assemblies, Presentation Skills Workshops and to host the First Give School Finals.
